At Minimalist, we stand by the efficacy of our clean beauty formulations and offer a 30-day window for returns if you are not completely satisfied. To maintain our high standards of hygiene, products must be at least 75% full and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

  Pack Securely

  Place the product in its original box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit and attach the shipping label to the exterior.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our laboratory inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
